Report

The report shows the information gathered from the questionnaire in a clear and straightforward format. At a glance you can see the following:-

• Scores for each group for all statements under competency headings
• Self and Other scores under competency headings
• Self and Other scores averaged for all competencies
• Strengths and Areas for Development
• Open ended Feedback
• Significant Gap scores (between Self and Others)

There are pages for making notes, a personal development plan and a page where if required, coaches or individuals giving feedback can write their own recommendations and suggestions. We can incorporate your company logo on both the report and the questionnaires.
