About Online 360
Our particular approach to 360 feedback has developed from our
experience of working with teams and senior executives in a range
of public and private sector organisations.
It is a web based system, although we have the facility to send
out paper questionnaires or floppy discs. This means it is easy
to send out and straightforward for people to complete. Each
person completing feedback receives a password protected link
which gives
them access to the questionnaire.
Reports are attractively designed to provide a number of ways
of looking at the material, and include a section with open
ended
questions.
It has been designed by leading professional business coaches
who understand the benefits, the power and also the sensitivities
of
feedback. We recommend that people receive the feedback in
an individual one to one session usually lasting two hours.
We will provide training in facilitating feedback with our
reports.
We also facilitate workshops where people receive the feedback
in small groups.
