About Lesley Bluckert

Lesley Bluckert is a director with the Colosseum group, which specialises in Executive Coaching, Coach Training, Organisational Development and 360 Degree Feedback. She is the managing director of Online360, a service provided for coaches, consultants and internal HR people who wish to use 360 degree feedback tools to enhance and inform their work with individuals, teams and other groupings within organisations.

Lesley has a coaching and consultancy practice. She is also involved in training and supervising coaches as part of the coach training programmes run by PB Coaching.

Her particular approach to 360 degree feedback has developed from extensive experience of providing feedback to teams and senior executives in a range of public and private sector organisations. Lesley believes the impact of 360 feedback can be profound and that it is an indispensable tool for increasing self awareness and improving performance. She designed Online360 to provide attractive and straightforward reports which allow the individual to make sense of the data quickly and easily.

Online360 is based in Yorkshire with an extensive client list largely based in the UK, and including both private and public sector clients. We work closely with our clients to produce a 360 degree feedback tool which is finely tuned to provide the feedback that they are looking for. We have created specific feedback indicators for professional football academies, the police, internet security companies and many more.
